Grown in Athol Loam
We raise our animals on pasture, moving them to fresh forage every morning to restore the soil of Northern Idaho.
Honest farming, open gates.
Our open-gate policy means we have nothing to hide. Every morning rotation is a step toward healing the land and raising healthier stock.

Restoring the Athol Loam
By rotating our cattle and poultry daily, we mimic natural herd migrations. This intensive morning rotation fertilizes the soil naturally, allowing the native grasses of Northern Idaho to recover and thrive.
This cycle of disturbance and rest builds organic matter, traps carbon, and fosters a diverse ecosystem of beneficial insects and plants. The result is robust land and deeply flavorful, nutrient-dense food.

The Hands Behind the Farm
As a family-owned homestead, we live alongside the animals we raise. Every daily rotation, egg collection, and honey harvest is done by our own hands.
Honest food comes from honest labor. Our commitment to Athol is personal—we are raising the next generation to respect this land.
